Deema Bayrakdar

I am a mixed media artist and textile/surface designer. I draw inspiration from various sources including organic shapes and natural landscapes, architecture and urban structures, ancient cities, and all sorts of maps. Some concepts that inspire my work include spontaneity, energy, movement, mapping our movements in space and exploring the shape of our movements.
